By using GuestRAR Key Tracker (“GKT”) on web or mobile, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

GKT helps organizations register keys, print QR labels, track custody transfers, and receive Lost & Found notifications. Features may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

• Organization owners sign in via email OTP and complete a profile to use the service.
• Sub-users may access assigned keys via email and key access code in the mobile app.
• You are responsible for keeping access codes confidential and for activity under your account.

Trial & subscription

New organization accounts may receive a trial period. Continued use after trial requires an active subscription as offered by GuestRAR. Renewal terms are communicated in the product.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse GKT, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false Lost & Found reports. GuestRAR may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

GKT is provided “as is”. GuestRAR is not liable for loss of physical keys, incorrect custody records entered by users, or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
