GuestRAR Key Tracker (“GKT”, “we”, “us”) is operated by GuestRAR. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and mobile application.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, organization name, and contact numbers you provide.
• Key and custody data: key names, departments, sub-users, transfer records, and optional photos.
• Lost & Found submissions: finder name and contact details when someone reports a found key.
• Technical data: device tokens for notifications, trusted-device cookies, and standard server logs.

How we use information

• To provide authentication, key management, and custody tracking.
• To send OTP codes, renewal notices, and Lost & Found alerts.
• To coordinate return of lost keys through GuestRAR where applicable.
• To improve security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Finder contact details from Lost & Found are shared only with GuestRAR staff and the key owner as needed to return the key. We may use email/SMS/push providers to deliver service messages.

Retention & deletion

You may delete your account from the app or web. Deletion removes your organization data subject to any legal retention requirements.
